This is an excellent video since Dr. Langer knows his science about the necessity, due to the aging process [and environmental exposure] to supplement with the body's major antioxidant or the glutathione molecule. Yet, relative to research I've studied, the oral ingestion of 'direct glutathione' is not always the most effective delivery due to secondary age-related issues of malabsorption or digestive challenges whereas, if one uses nutrients that perform as the 'precursor to glutathione' [smaller molecules such as are in Whey Protein [milk by-product/loaded with amino acids or 'building blocks of life'] and the stand alone NAC [N-acetyl cysteine/600 mg/day] these are more likely to be completely utilized by the body. As the good doctor asserts, the major detox organs are the liver, kidneys, and skin and ever since I, as a female, survived the life-threatening event of pyrogenic ['superbug'] Toxic Shock Syndrome [TSS-1/blood poisoning] when in my 40's I have made sure to incorporate these two assists into my daily diet and supplementation regimen for many years. And as they say, "So far so [to the detox] good."

Pertaining to the subject: Glutathione.
Don't waste your money or time taking this supplement. Reason: The molecule is to large for proper absorption. Use: N-Acetyl- Cysteine, Glutathione's precusor. This is much more effective, and actually the supplement cost is cheaper.
