I am a senior of 73 years and legally blind. My memory is excellent. I can find things that sighted people cannot find. I give the credit to the all natural supplements that I take and keeping a positive thinking mind. I just subscribed to Dr. Daniel Amen subscription on the Brain. This reinforces my thinking and keeping a good memory. One major thing to do is find a way of ridding your mind of any Negative Thoughts. Negative thoughts can make you physically sick. I would be willing to share with others how I have been able to think positive most of the time. If a negative thought enters my mind, I will work to rid my mind of that thought and replace it with a positive thought. I feel younger today than I did when I was 20 years younger because I have found the art of feeling great all the time.

Thanks and God Bless
