How Happiness Is the Key to Good Health

We should all be receptive to feelings like happiness, peace and love. Why? Because we’re all human beings with serious needs when it comes to feelings, and these positive feelings are essential to our health and well-being.

Living in your logical mind and ignoring your mood is a way of stifling your emotions. Feelings Buried Alive Never Die by Karol Truman discusses why we can’t bury feelings consistently and expect to be whole and healed.

But you can make positive changes by starting with these guidelines…

  • Be honest about how you really feel, recognize it and own it. Then you can be a conscious creator of your feeling rather than a helpless victim to your surroundings and circumstances.
  • Create feelings of happiness in your body through physical touch. For some people it’s taking a warm bath, sitting near a heat vent with a blanket, getting a foot or full-body massage, eating comfort foods or best of all, exchanging affectionate touching with your lover or spouse.
  • Experience music that lifts your soul or makes your heart sing. And music can be very effective when combined with physical touch.
  • Enjoy great companionship where there is an easy flow of communication, a feeling of respect and a chemistry of happiness when you’re together.
  • Try deep breathing and meditation, both of which are powerful techniques. Pause your thoughts and breathe in, then think about something for which you’re thankful as you breathe out. Or allow your mind to travel in thought while blissful feelings heal your body, which is especially effective when combined with music therapy.
  • Experience a sunrise or sunset. Allow the sun’s light and warmth to penetrate your mind and body to boost happy feelings.

BEEN THERE, DONE THAT, DID NOT WORK!!!!
OK, I admit, relaxing music, and meditation can help calm you, that is a benefit, but not a cure all. And both together can help you be calm even better. But a constant disease condition, it will not even put a DENT IN!!! The trauma is too great, when you stop meditating or listening to the music, your mind and body just start to rebel again. I could not focus my mind to relax. It was full of irritating TOXINS. You have heard of "BRAIN FOG"? WELL I HAD "BRAIN FIRE!!!!!".... You cannot think, let alone make a good decision. (I COULD NOT make a good decision!!!). I was in a constant state of upset, anxiety, stress and trauma, and my levels were a 10+ and beyond....out there with Pluto!!!!! It was like trying to work out when you have the FLU!!!! DOES NOT WORK!!!!! Took me 20 minutes to put on my shirt. And I am a meditator!!!!! I listen to meditation music tapes, etc...I am a generally positive person, who practices, the virtues, love, joy, peace, patience, tolerance, forgiveness, I am a 38 year Martial Arts Instructor. I TEACH THIS!!!!
It went on for YEARS!!!!!! Before 2009, about 8 years....
You have to get to the REAL CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM!!!!! NO KIDDING!!!!!! OR YOU ARE JUST COVERING UP YOUR SYMPTOMS, LIKE A DRUG!!!! For me that was getting the Candida Overgrowth under control....THREELAC, in about 4 or so months. and the resultant Leaky Gut Syndrome, which took 4 years of intestinal supplements. And even after that was under control, I still have the Grave's Disease, and no Thyroid, and organ damage from the Candida and leaky gut syndrome toxins. I am dealing with the effects of all this stuff to this day.....
Now....what happened to REALLY CHANGE MY EMOTIONAL CONTROL????? IT WAS NOT JUST GETTING THINGS UNDER CONTROL AND "FEELING BETTER"...Because something DID HAPPEN. And I have regained much of my control. My Stress and anxiety, and depression, etc.... is now about a 0-1 most of the time!!!!

I have used the technique for 2 and a half years. I have used it for Stress, Anxiety, Anxiety attacks, Panic, and many negative emotions, and mental states such as suppression and repression. I have used it probably over 100 times now. It really helps. And is very versatile for being so simple and easy. It takes about 5 minutes to learn!!!!
The first time I used it, it worked in under a minute! No Kidding! No BS.
I used it today. I was out this morning with my telescope, and it got really frustrating and irritating with wires running where they will, and all I wanted to do was enjoy the sky. With none of the above FACTOR IN THIS ARTICLE!!! I KNOW!!! I USED TO DO THEM!!!!! I MEDITATED FOR 30 YEARS!!!!! STILL GOT DISEASE...STILL HAVE DISEASE!!!!! NO PROTECTION!!!!! EVEN WHEN I WAS HAPPY, I STILL WAS GETTING THE GRAVE'S BECAUSE SOMETHING ELSE WAS GOING ON BEHIND THE SCENE AND THAT WAS A PHYSICAL CAUSE, AND THAT WAS WHAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED!!!! WHEN YOU GET A CUT FINGER....YOU DON'T SIT THERE AND SMILE AND ENJOY THE SUNSET.....YOU WASH YOUR FINGER, PUT SALVE ON YOUR FINGER, AND YOU PUT A BAND-AID ON YOUR FINGER!!!! THEN GO BACK AND ENJOY THE SUNSET!!!!!!!!! Anything else is a delusion!!!!
TRUTH, FACT....WORD!!!! I have used it for 2 and a half years.... And I did it today....after that I was HAPPY AGAIN!!!! Because HAPPINESS IS NO CHARGE!!!!!
MY GREAT AUNT, WAS A HATER!!!!! SHE HATED WITH A VENGEANCE AND WOULD NOT GIVE IT UP EVEN AT 90 YEARS OLD!!!!!!! IN PERFECT HEALTH!!!!!! SHE WAS NEVER HAPPY!!!!!!!! SHE COULD NOT BE HAPPY!!!!!!!!! SHE NEVER HAD A TECHNIQUE TO DEAL WITH THE NEGATIVITY!!!!!!!! BUT SHE WAS HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!! SO HEALTH AND HAPPINESS ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!!!!!!!! I HAVE A DISEASE, AND YET I CAN BE HAPPY!!!!!!! SHE WAS HEALTHY AND COULD NOT BE HAPPY!!!!!!!!
