Illegal Contraband, Raw Milk! Farmers Arrested.
Raw milk is illegal to sell in most states in the USA.
Advocates of raw cow’s milk drink it because they believe it is superior to pasteurized milk and that it provides numerous health benefits.
But people are actually being arrested for selling it. Is this really to protect the consumer or is it a conspiracy to protect the profits of the dairy industry?
We’d love to know your thoughts on the issue. Please leave your comments below.

I want raw milk, the kind I had as a child. When will these people leave us alone.

Pretty sick, when you have all the crime, people are getting arrested for raw milk, which by the way is healthier then regular milk.

I started drinking raw milk about two years ago after I found it available at Whole Paycheck, er, Whole Foods. They have now stopped carrying it. Loved the taste, never had any problems drinking it. I'm convinced any ban on it is all about Dairy Industry profits. Raw milk farmers arrested, meanwhile we (the government) actually PAY (i.e. subsidize) tobacco farmers to grow their lethal plant.

I believe raw milk has many benefits and should be my choice to purchase. Our government is not smart enough to make decisions for me. They are all about the money. I don't want the government in charge of anything but national defense and upholding our Constitution and freedoms, none of which they are doing a very good job.
Roy Hamer
It is all about corruption in the government and it will not change until the masses want change, The B.S. concerning health vs raw milk is just a sick excuse to prosecute raw milk farmers. I was raised on raw milk and would love to have access to it all the time. Very difficult in Ontario Canada. Keep fighting this massive corrupt government dictation. As long as the corrupt officials are friends of big business we will have this and similar problems. Keep up spreading the good work.

Raw milk is REGULAR milk. The milk you purchase in stores is processed milk. It’s high time the government get the hell out of our lives!

Supermarket milk is slop unfit for pigs.

Just one more example of how our freedoms in this country are eroding bit by bit. How ludicrous that arrests would come over milk. It can only be about money when it is that silly. Big, rich companies get zealously protective of any threat to their excessive profits.
I would ask why no arrests have been made over eggs with salmonella created in disgustingly filthy conditions. Oh, we're talking about the people WITH the money now.

This is outrageous! Personally I never liked milk from childhood onwards. But I don't dissuade others on that basis. I eat yoghurt and cheese. Try locate from organic sources, not the easiest here in Australia. I try educating others though about the slurry what passes as milk in the commercial outlets.
We need a health revolution. The slow ferment of us awakening is still claim too many victims. The intellectual ferment breaks out time to time into a revolt but we need to organise a material uprising and wipe away the vermin polluting and corrupting regulators from the industry. proverbial heads must roll. Consumers became fodder for the food and medical industries harming us. Lawyers who sold their soul to the Devil also complicit. G.M. companies are already the tail which is wagging the dog!
If we pass up the chance to resist while we can still, we deserve what comes to us. But think of the children!!

I drink raw goat's milk. I had to buy a "share" of the herd to keep it legal. The hoops authorities make you jump through to get real food are ridiculous. To me it appears to be more about control of the food supply than real concern about the public's health. Kinda of a scary thought when you stop and think about it. What agenda is the government trying to further through control of the food supply. They certainly haven't made it healthier.
David Ruff
LOL about the video, I have always known that raw milk is better for humans than (pasteurized, homogenized) processed milk. I had also heard that goat's milk is better than cow's milk. Still, it is all RAW MILK. The dairy industry knows this too which is exactly why it tries to brainwash the public into thinking homogenization and pasteurization is a beneficial selling point; never mind that the milk has little or no nutritional value. It will sit on the shelf longer though. . . . So will a card board milk carton, but I wouldn't eat it for the sake of nutrition.
Conspiracy theories seem to abound these days but the scandalous reputation developing with the FDA/corporate complex is no theory. When President John F. Kennedy was assassinated "the powers that be" literally got away with murder! There is far and away more evidence to suggest JFK's murder was a huge conspiracy and that it started with the fictitious Warren Report and extended all the way back through the highest levels of government. Well. . . .if the government could get away with the murder of a president for the benefit of corporate profits, where are they going to stop? I've heard many people say that things have never been the same since that momentous day November 22, 1963. And, make no mistake, "big brother (FDA)" and "big pharma" along with the AMA are in medicine for the profits. It seems to me that if America has the money to travel 3,4,5,000 and more miles away to kill people, it has the money to help people here at home!
Wait a minute! This is America, right? Land of the free, home of the brave? Free to do what? Free to brave what? Most of that freedom and bravery will be spent by John Q. Public trying to find food that won't eventually kill him. Never mind our enemies thousands of miles away in the middle east. We have a far bigger concern here at home which threatens to do all of us in. . . . . it's called greed.
While politicians make grandiose speeches uttering "swelling expressions of no profit" your "life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness" has been whittled down to watching Monday Night Football. "You can still vote" I hear some "flag wavers" say. Really!??? And when the candidates can fix elections as they already have done, what good will that do?
I am a dissenter as you probably have already guessed. But this all seems like dejavu to me. Did Americans not already fight this fight back in 1776. . . . .over taxation without representation? Were they not dissenters too? Here's an idea. Instead of dumping tea in a Boston harbor, let's save the tea and dump the eating of store bought processed food!

A Doctor in the field of natural healing was telling me that they had taken cats and gave them only processed milk from the store. The second generation had deformed kittens and the third generation could no longer have kittens. Isn't our government great? We grew up on a dairy farm and had all the milk , cream and butter we wanted. My sister is 96 and I am eighty four and doing o.k.

I drink it raw when I am able to get it. I think it is much
healthier. Also think raw milk cheese is better for you.
It certainly tastes better.

It's all about accurate information and freedom of choice. As for me, I choose raw milk!

This is not anything to do with the dairy industry. If you check up on it, its all about the New World Order that has a planned agenga , by design, becuse they want to kill, depopulate and cull 90% of the world population.
Thay want us sick, because they own every phamasudical companies that makes our drugs.
They want us at that drug store....continously, and they will only treat the symptoms, so you come back. They dont want to cure you, because you wont be back for more drugs.
The NWO is evil, 250% evil.
Check it out on you tube....type in Bush announcing the new world order, then just google the rest. Its all there

Raw milk has been around for thousands of years without causing any problems. It wasn't until dairy became an industry that we needed pasteurization, so why blame raw milk?
I would prefer to just buy raw milk every week but if it becomes illegal in my state I will buy into a cow-share program before I will go back to buying pasteurized milk from the store.

I think the real reason for this is even more sinister. Folks it is all about Eugenics. Eugenics is the Evill Policy being persued by the Worl Elite. They want you dead and how can they starve you to death when the supply lines shut down and all those Evil Farmers provide nutruteous Substanance instead of synthetic, gmo foods devoid of nutrition. How can they make you sick and mineral deficient if your eating mineral and vitamin loaded natural foods? Yes they are planning a Culling of Population and you need to find out whom it is behind it and get them jailed, tarred and feathered, before they get you.

Been in and around cows & dairies all my life and I'm 150%+ absolutely sure that all the raw milk 'baloney' is about control & power maniacs wanting to flex muscles, make work for themselves, protect their jobs, invent 'witch hunts' in order to inflate their sense of importance. If you think FDA & USDA are the only ones with this serious character flaw think again! Just look at code enforcement, building & safety inspectors and the list could go on and on and on. Cows and milk production sure don't need the hassle and the consumers should have the right to choose their beverage of choice without 'nanny government' dictating. We're in trouble gang! Big Brother has taken over control thru regulations and it just ain't right. Come on. Rednecks rise up and take back the high ground.....remember in November. Get aware and vote!

It has "always" been about protecting the profits of Big Dairy "never" the consumer and American citizen. The U.S. government takes pride in its various social health programs: mandating fluoridation (protecting alluminum producers), the immunization programs (protecting vaccine producers from being sued), and allowing Pharma to unethically convince us that their feebly tested drugs are safe while smearing handpicked supplement companies. And let's not forget the new "GMO is the new healthy" slogan. The U.S. government is doing a pretty lowsy job at protecting its citizens' health. Is it any wonder when committee members and high ranking officials either came from drug company board of directors or are promised a place of prominence when their term ends (the "scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" phenomemon).

Is it time to start charging the Dairy Industry, the USDA, the FDA, the AMA, Monsanto, and whoever else is involved with treason, or attempted murder, or child abuse for trying to make us eat corrupted, polluted, poisoned, frankensteined toxins that they are trying to pass off as foods--and then attacking us for wanting real, nourishing, life-giving foods?
We are paying very sick people to destroy us. The USDA, FDA and AMA have turned against mankind and are a security threat in and of themselves.

i don't consume milk raw or processsed, however if i were to consume milk, it wold be raw milk, i know the processed milk is putting poison in milk.

I love raw mike. Sprouts still sells it and Trader Joe's has raw milk cheese. Big Pharma and industries run the country. Our politicians are their prostitutes.

I'd like to buy whole raw milk, but if it is illegal, then I don't want to break the law. What to do? I take whole pasturized, vitamin D, homoginized milk and convert it into kefir, yogurt, and real buttermilk. I'm sure the harmful parts are still there, but the bacteria and fungi bring life back to a product that has otherwise been made dead, for my protection.
And it is legal, so far, to make yogurt, kefir, and buttermilk.
Loretta Watson
Those of us who have been doing this for years know it's about protecting the profits of conglomerate dairy farms. I will buy my "real" milk for as long as I can but I know there will come a time when the farm people where I get my "real" milk and free range eggs will start being persecuted by the feds. They have to label the milk "For Pet Consumption Only" and my little chiweenies love it. :) Me, too. It's a sad state of affairs when we are continually lied to because of profits. We are told the stuff in the dairy section of our favorite supermarket is nutritious. Hogwash!! But that's what's coming if we stop speaking out. And maybe in spite of our efforts to convense people we are not buying the pasturized stuff because it's garbage.
MAURIE MOYLE
I LIVE IN QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA AND THE SAME LAW APPLIES HERE ALSO . TO PROTECT THE DAIRY MONOPLIES. I CAN STILL BUY IT FROM THE HEALTH FOOD SHOPS AS IT IS BRANDED " BATH MILK - NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION" IT IS STILL AS PURE AS THE TIME IT WAS TAKEN FROM THE COWS. ftMAYBE THIS IS A WAY AROUND THE SITUATION IN THE USA.

While the Raw Milk Nazi's are at it why not ban breastmilk as well... Make it a law that it too must be processed (pasteurized and homogenized) for human safety.. Oh, I forgot.... Commercial baby formula is...

This is tragic that those in charge of our welfare only care about futhering their agendas and image control. I do tell everyone I can about the benefits of raw milk and other health practices...and some of my educated friends think I am absolutely nuts to avoid processed/artificial foods. They whip out their spenda packets while saying FDA is the final say. I almost believe that the government wants us gone -extinct ...with their gmo crops and overly processed dairy. Raw dairy has the fats and components to correct many health problems- most likely caused by the FDA approved diet. When my mother was taken home from the hospital...she was a medical mess... I got her off all her meds in one month...stage 4 wound healed in 3 months...and after 9 months...her doctor said..."I guess your Mom has gotten well because of Nutrition!" I still have a long road to go, but don't mess with my food supply!

I agree with every comment above. The government has
got to get back to raw wholesome food. This business of
pushing food on the public because of big business and
profits has got to stop. Greed cannot run this country.

I tell people I meet at the store that pasteurized milk is an anti-nutrient, that it takes calcium out of the bones, that the synthetic vitamin D they put in it is a marketing ploy, having no useful function at all.
I tell them that the milk is full of pus, and that they have to give the cows antibiotics just to keep them alive. That the poor animals have constant diarrhea due to the GMO corn they are fed and that they have to stand all day long in their own muck.
After I finish that, they usually put the milk back on the shelf and ask me where they can find raw milk.
It makes me feel better to do this, but we are running up against pretty slick sickos out there. The age of reason is long gone, and we are living in the age of deceit.
Looking at the big picture, I find that everything is collapsing on schedule, economy, government, morals, education, health, everything. The second law of thermodynamics (decay) is operating full force with the help of mankind's ancient enemy.
It all had to come apart sooner or later.
I would say to these criminals what John said:
John 8:44 (NIV)
44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

What a pity there is so much controversy regarding milk! Yes, we have been lied to for decades, all to protect profits. If people cannot be free to choose then we do not live in a free democratic country anymore. Processed milk is not good for anyone including the species it comes from! No one in their right mind would feed a calf with processed milk! Can't we all learn a solid lesson from that alone?
Peter Waeger
Our kids were raised on fresh goat milk formula and barnyard chicken eggs from our homestead farm. Every time we took them in for a routine check-up, our doctor would exclaim, "I don't know what you're doing with your kids, but they are the healthiest kids I've ever seen!" The proof is in the pudding. Neither did our kids ever get into smoking cigarettes or doing drugs as a matter of personal choice.
As adults they are good looking and very healthy, besides intelligent and quite successful in their lives. What more can I say.

Get used to it, folks. This is the government we've voted into office, and unless we get rid of them, and put an end to the vast overreaching, unconstitutional departments of it, this is just one more step in losing all of your freedoms.
Vote 'em out or buy your own cow.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE DUMBING OF AMERICA WTH THIS KIND OF PITIFUL (POLITCAL) ACTIVITY THAT WILL EVENTUALLY SPAWN ANGER AND ACTION REQUIRED TO BRING THIS COUNTRY BACK. PEOPLE TODAY DO NOT KNOW THE TASTE OF MILK, BECAUSE THERE IS NONE UNLESS DRINKING RAW MILK. IF I'M IN MISSOURI, I'LL FIND RAW MILK TO DRINK AND I'LL TOTALLY SUPPORT THIS FARM FAMILY. RAW MILK IS ILLEGAL, BUT ILLEGAL ENTRY INTO THIS COUNTRY IS OK???? I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!!!!
Elizabeth Roman
PS: BRING BACK OUR FARMLANDS, THE FARM FOLK AND ABOVE ALL WE CAN'T JUST STAND BY AND ALLOW THE GOVENMENT TO BUY UP OUR VAST OPEN LANDS TO DO WHO KNOWS WHAT WITH IT.... AND AT THE SAME TIME DIMINISH THE CONTRIBUTION FARMERS MAKE TO THIS COUNTRY'S VITAL HEATH. KEEP UP THE GREAT SUPPORT FARM AID.

I know there are government spies every where, are you reading and capturing all the comments here? People are sick and tired of your discrepancies, this is why I do not vote for any of you, you mention all these experiences you have when campaigning yet when you get there you are nothing but a baby in diapers, you know nothing and do nothing you just continue doing what the rest of the traitors are doing and we send our troops to help democracy what a joke. Raw milk can be purchased legally in Pennsylvania, my home state, and my family has been drinking raw milk for decades with no ill effect. Statistically, raw milk producers have fewer sick cows and are so attuned to the health of their animals they can prevent milk from unhealthy animals from entering the market. This is in contrast to factory farms that have to rely on antibiotics and pasteurization, both of which adversely affect human health. Control of the food supply by bureaucrats pushing paper thousands of miles away benefits only one group, the group selected by an overweening federal government. We need outcome-based decisions in matters pertaining to human health, not decisions designed to benefit only one group.

I should like to know where Raw Goat Milk can legally be purchased. e.g.: State, Province or City. Perhaps owning a goat or having a share in Goat Farm?
