Superfruit fights cancer, blindness, diabetes & oh babies like it too
This adorable baby may really be on to something here. You too might want to make watermelon, that traditional summertime staple, more than just a picnic treat.
Watermelons are postively brimming with good-for-you nutrients. They’re a great source of super-antioxidants vitamins A and C, blood pressure regulating L-citrulline, macular-degeneration-thwarting beta-carotene, and cancer-fighting big-gun lycopene. Heck, this sweet treat…in moderation of course…has even been shown to help some diabetics improve their insulin sensitivity.
While I don’t necessarily recommend you take on this babies method of eating this delicious fruit, adopting his gusto for the healthy treat is a deliciously good idea.

Watermelon is also excellent for kidney!

I'm diabetic and from my experience, water melons do not spike blood sugar. But it's always wise to exercise moderation; eat small quantities regularly.
